How do I pay?
Order as many hats as you’d like.
We will let you know the final fee through DMs and you can decide to proceed.

Why can’t I order directly from an online store?
We are keeping costs down and doing a small amount of orders for now.
In the future, depending on demand, we may set up a proper eCommerce store.
How did you arrive at the cost?
Each order varies – the price can fluctuate depending on shipping cost and the size of your order.
Why do I have to pay ahead of time?
Once we confirm the receipt of payment, we will process the order. Like any other online order, you pay upfront to receive your product.
How long does it take?
Depending on where you live and the proximity to the distribution centre and shipping carrier, anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks is typical for receiving your order. Sometimes sooner and sometimes later!
Will my hat look exactly like the mockup?
There are at times subtle variances in quality, consistency, and sizing with embroidery. Generally, the product should arrive fairly close to expectations.
Are there refunds or returns?
These are all made-to-order. At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, in extenuating circumstances, we will review and use discretion on a per-case basis should any issues arise.
What are you doing with any proceeds?
For the most part, we are breaking even as we are not marking up the hats by much margin (around $10). We may reinvest any profits into future initiatives such as our guest artist art drop editions.
Any surprise fees?
Some shipments outside of the USA may incur customs duties/fees outside of shipping and tax, depending on the country. You are responsible for these fees to the customs agency as they advise you to receive your product.
What is the difference in the hat options?
The hats are unisex and one size.
A snapback is a 6-panel classic baseball cap style with an adjustable strap that snaps together.
A dad hat is a 6-panel, relaxed, vintage look with a curved brim for a more laid-back style and an adjustable buckle closure.
If you have a slightly larger-than-average head, we would recommend the snapback.
